Hi everyone!

My name is Alicia Soucy and I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Your Journey Behavioral and Mental Health, PLLC. I am dedicated to treating mental health disorders using psychopharmacology and/or supportive psychotherapy for individuals 18 years and older. I provide effective outpatient and individualized care using a secure telehealth platform. You can participate in your appointments from the comforts of your home and together we can create a treatment plan to assist you along Your Journey.

Treatment Focus

My focus is to help guide individuals who are battling depression, anxiety, insomnia, symptoms of PTSD, and life stressors to heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, implementing evidence-based practices and customizing a treatment plan which includes medication management.
