Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances as well as current daily stressors. Anxiety, fear, anger, insomnia and hopelessness are a few emotions that can develop.
Medication management services can be beneficial and sometimes necessary during your journey. However, psychotherapy is also an important role to recovery and improvement of symptoms. You may need to seek out a therapist in addition to receiving medication management services. At this time, I do not provide only psychotherapy services or intensive psychotherapy.
Online sessions are held from the safety and comforts of your own home.
